Terms of use

1. The service

The app helps truck drivers find parkings along their route, with estimates of availability, safety and facilities, partly based on OpenStreetMap data and reports from other users.

Availability and safety are estimates, not guarantees. The driving-time counter is an aid and does not replace your tachograph or the legal driving and rest time rules.

Never use the app while driving in a way that distracts you from the road.

2. Account

You are responsible for your login details and activity on your account. Provide accurate information and do not post false, abusive or unlawful reports. We may moderate or remove reports and block accounts in case of abuse.

3. Subscriptions (Premium)

Premium is a paid subscription. The price, duration and contents are shown in the app and in the App Store or Google Play before purchase. The price shown applies, VAT included.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account on confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period.

Cancel and manage it in the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account (see Support). Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases.

If a free trial is offered, it is shown before purchase. After the trial the paid subscription starts automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

We may change prices; you will be informed in advance and can cancel.

4. Intellectual property

The app, design and software belong to NaVi BV. Map and parking data: © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL. By posting a report you grant us a free, non-exclusive right to display and use it (anonymised) in the app.

5. Liability

The app is provided ‘as is’. We do our best to provide accurate information but are not liable for damage caused by incorrect or outdated information, a full parking, theft, damage to your vehicle or cargo, fines or service interruptions, except for intent or gross negligence and to the extent permitted by law.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Termination

You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory rules allowing consumers to go to the courts of their place of residence. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform.
